Services
Reciprocal Analytics provides website development and related support based on the selected plan and written project scope.
Billing
Recurring plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Fees are due at the start of each billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing required content, approvals, and lawful usage of the final website.
Liability
Services are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reciprocal Analytics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate service with notice. Outstanding invoices remain due.
